Ryan is a Full-Time Real Estate Agent with One Percent Realty Brokerage. His long-held passion for business enterprise was evident at a young age and over the course of the next twenty plus years, Ryan dedicated his time to honing his business skills in the areas of customer service, sales and finance with an Honours university degree thrown in for good measure. These experiences are being put to good use with One Percent with Ryan helping his clients save money while closing $3.5 million in sales during the calendar year of 2015. Extremely goal orientated, he looks forward to saving his clients even more of their hard-earned money in the future as he pursues their realty success as his #1 priority. Ryan loves working with his clients on a day-to-day basis, negotiating win/win deals on their behalf while saving their hard-earned money, has over 20 years of business experience, is an active residential investor, manages properties throughout Ottawa and, last but not least, is a proud father blessed with a wonderful wife.
